So much to tell on this amazing solo ride in the Eastern United States of America. I will start by showing you the states that I visited. Each photo will have a caption of what the state offered me while riding through it or staying in it. You will find more details below for each state as I offer more about the experience of riding through it....... keep reading!! While I was riding in Newfoundland Canada, I received an invitation by a female rider in Mississippi for a swamp tour in the Gulf coast. She called herself Captain Kathy and was inspired by my motorcycle rides. While the rides to Canada were spectacular, they did not quench my deep thirst for extreme riding. Captain Kathy's invitation was accepted and off I went, a spur of the moment ride. Why not? I had the time and desire to ride. I was hosted by various friends along the way and enjoyed some camping. In addition, Captain Kathy, her husband and dogs (my favorite species are dogs) hosted me for 3 days. I was treated like a queen and loved their friendship. I always love my rides because they are about the people that I meet. Yes, there is the riding aspect of it, but without the people the ride would not be a ride. In this blog, I will post photos of all the people I met along the way. America is full of wonderful people always willing to host and meet MissRIDER.
